The enforcement team do not read the forums. As for your suspension, you need to appeal it by going on here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

Try the Forza forum forums.forzamotorsport.net/.../default.aspx . Good luck, there are many people who write them about this. I don't know how that goes.

On 2nd thought, some posts there say to go to a microsoft address. Maybe that address will help in your search, but you may get in trouble posting there. Best bet is to search the forum to see what other people have written first.
