    Xbox: How you look tab is missing from Account - Profile


    I need to change the real name that is on my childrens account for xbox. I would like to edit this and cant find the how you look tab when going through their profile or even using mine through family settings. Please help me do this on the console if possible or show me a way on the website. I couldnt find any help for this problem. Thank you!

    Edit: I am not looking to change the gamertag but the real name on the microsoft account that the kids use with me

    As mentioned above, if you used the same account attached to your profile on Xbox, it should be able to play there. Check your "ready to install" section or look for whatever you used on the store. If it was a subscription, check settings and select subscriptions
    from the account tab.

    Open the Xbox menu, go to the sign in section (Profile & System), access settings from this tab, from settings you then access the account tab (Second from the top) and finally access Privacy & Online Safety. Note that if your account is a child account
    you will need the password set by the parent account to access your privacy settings.

    When I look at your profile on xbox.com it shows both xbox one and 360 achievements and score.
