Double check the Home setting on your father's console and make sure it does show that console as your Home. It's acting as if it isn't. If it does say that it is your Home, try holding down the power button on the console until it turns off, unplug the
console, plug it back in, and turn it back on.

• Turn on your system

Also, a few questions to clarify:

• What is it you're trying to pin that won't do it?
• Are you able to pin other apps/games?
• Do you get an error message when you try to pin?

Let us know how those steps go and the answers to those questions and we'll go from there.

I am also having this issue. It's been around for about a week now. I am in the Insider Program. It's very frustrating, is there any news on when it might be fixed? It's worth noting here that the Store, Mixer ect. are still accessible, you just have to
launch them in stead rather than seeing what's available directly on the dashboard. Hopefully it will get fixed soon!
