    Xbox home trouble

So I have 2 xboxs in the same house hold. I have xbox game pass ultimate and my father doesn't so I have logged on his xbox with my account and made my account as home.

So when I'm on a game upstairs and he is trying to load up a game it comes up with 2 opinions to either sign me out of his xbox completely or kick me out of my game that I'm on.

When I log out of his xbox he can't go on any game that he has downloaded for xbox game pass l, it comes up saying that he can't access the game because has no subscription to xbox games pass.

    PLEASE help.

    :)

you can try and ask Support but they aren't obligated to do so

You will just have to wait the 1year since

Double check the Home setting on your father's console and make sure it does show that console as your Home. It's acting as if it isn't. If it does say that it is your Home, try holding down the power button on the console until it turns off, unplug the
console, plug it back in, and turn it back on.

Sorry to hear it. If the only downloadable option is for the beta then that's all he has.

    Pin to Home trouble

    Hey there Flame Haze,

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your pins.

I would recommend trying these steps and seeing if they show you any love:

Also, a few questions to clarify:

    • What is it you're trying to pin that won't do it?
    • Are you able to pin other apps/games?
    • Do you get an error message when you try to pin?

Let us know how those steps go and the answers to those questions and we'll go from there.

    Home screen trouble

I am also having this issue. It's been around for about a week now. I am in the Insider Program. It's very frustrating, is there any news on when it might be fixed? It's worth noting here that the Store, Mixer ect. are still accessible, you just have to
launch them in stead rather than seeing what's available directly on the dashboard. Hopefully it will get fixed soon!
