    Xbox home subscription sharing problems


    I have gotten ultimate for a month on one of my accounts on my xbox. Ive set it as the home xbox on the account that had ultimate but the other account doesnt have ultimate and only has gold how can i fix it so that the other account had gamepass also

    Hi there,

    the Home console option will not result in other accounts having a subscription, but will result in those accounts being able to use the features on the console, such as Online gameplay and being able to play the games in game pass etc. so the other account
    should also be able to play the games on the console.

    One thing you can try is to power cycle the console via

    the steps mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    You said the live subscription is under his account?

    If that is the case, then the problem is that his console is set as home xbox. YOUR console is the one that needs to be the home xbox in order for his subscription to be shared with you
