Xbox Home Offline Gaming

Hello!
I'm having some issues with my Xbox series X.
A pop-up interrupts my game stating: "for this game you need to be online".
The game loads well enough, but after loading, it moves to the Xbox home screen and presents that pop-up every 5-10 seconds.
I am attempting to play online.

The pop-up goes on to say "Use this Xbox regularly? Make it your home Xbox"
I followed the prompt and made it my home Xbox.

I tried to go offline since it seemed to be a network issue but it won't let me play offline with my home Xbox either.
The issue still closes the game and presents the pop-up every 5-10 seconds even without internet and as a home Xbox.
I tested Network Connection and received this: "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues. Sorry, there's a problem on our side".
I don't mind playing online or offline, any fix that will simply make the games run without interruption would be fantastic.
The game is Minecraft if that makes any difference.
Is this a temporary issue that will be resolved on its own or is there something I can do to make playing possible on my end?

Yesterday Xbox had a major server issue which affected everything from buying/downloading games and DLCs, games asking to be purchased again, payments being refused.

Their servers are not back to normal yet and lots of users are complaining they're still having issues. Would you please wait a few hours to see if things get back to normal again? If they don't, please try to sign out of your Microsoft/Xbox account and in again on all your devices.

Is this the only Xbox One you have? If so, then log in with the account that purchased the games and make the console the Home Xbox, this should let you play the game offline. You have to be online to make the console the home Xbox though.

To play offline on your console, you have to set your console as the home Xbox and go into network settings and set the console as offline. Then you can play the games offline as much as you want.

To play digital games offline your xbox account must be set as the my home xbox account. (5 moves of this per year)

It's usually caused by a couple of reasons.

1. Your Home Xbox is not set as your console. If it isn't, that is one reason you cannot play your games while offline.

2. You haven't put your console in offline only mode.

Also if you cannot make the console go offline, pulling the network cable out (if wired) or turning off the internet can help (if wireless).
