Xbox Home Navigating Too Fast Series X

Both of my Xbox series X controllers have this problem on my Xbox. Almost every time I try navigating to a new game on my Xbox through the home menu it goes REALLY fast. D-Pad or Joystick, it doesn't matter, I can hardly control which game I select. This only happens on the Xbox home menu, any game menus work perfectly fine. Typing with a controller is also effected by this, I can hardly type a single letter. When I try to navigate the keyboard it selects one of the predictions for some reason.

I've probably had this problem for a month now, and I'm getting tired of it.

I tried turning off VRR on both my Xbox and monitor, and neither of them fixed my issue. So far I've reset my console, updated my controllers, and power cycled my controller.

Hi, are you able to test the controllers with a different device or console?

It seemed to do the trick for one controller, but not so much the other.

Just a Volunteer

Have you run the steps in Update xbox wireless controller? All controllers you use need to run the firmware update.

The uSB method is my preference.

This can be a bit odd but... Do you have an screen that supports VRR / is VRR enabled in your TV?
If yes, please try turning it off and test how it goes

If not, tell me briefly what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
