Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

If the previously posted troubleshooting hasn't helped then I would suggest trying to port forward your network connection or try another way to connect.

If you are wireless, try a wired connection or vice versa.

We have information on how to port forward your connection on our support site entitled

Network ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One but if we do not have information on your particular networking device in hardware forums, then I would see if you find the instructions on
portfoward.com.

Give those steps a try and let us know how that helped

Reddit should not need to answer basic Xbox feature questions if you ask me but I've been able to determine the number after some trial time.

I'm in the process of making the account atm almost done can you go ahead and provide me the link to where yu found the information that you provided me.

So should I contact xbox Support since i only got 3 instead of 5?

Xbox support doesnt have the ability to grant additional switches.
