Xbox home changes

Hi guy,

i am out of home xbox uses and i need them back. Is there any way to get them back as i have to wait till august next year otherwise.

Hey, sorry but i don't believe there is any other way other than waiting until you get more next year.

Unfortunately, you have to be online to set an xbox as home.

You would have to contact support to see if they will reset your limit, but it is not guaranteed. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Hey kayvoss11! There is a limit of 3 changes per year, the only alternative would be contacting

phone/chat support for further assistance. Thanks!

Hey there InfiniteRogue01,

As the Ambassadors have mentioned you would need to have your console online in order to set the Home Xbox. Something worth trying would be to turn on the Hotspot on a mobile device then attempting to connect your console to that network long enough to switch
your Home console. Once your console has been set you can then disconnect from the mobile Hotspot and enjoy your games offline.

We will go ahead and lock this thread as the issue has already been addressed and we would have no other possible solutions for this.
