Xbox home and refund problems

What happened to my xbox home button, also i cant request a refund because the one game i refuned they said it was closed, but now i cant request a refund.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Try a
power cycle on the console. Also can try and
remove and re-add your profile to the console. Try these and let us know.

Fyi you arent using the home console what it is intended

If you don't own the games you can't download them. you have to buy games in order to play them. Other wise its stealing.

Ok. What I'm going to suggest then is to have your brother come to your console, sign in and head to the Xbox One Marketplace and search out the games he purchased. He should be able to start the install that way.
