Xbox Headset might have broke my controller?

Okay so this is kind of hard to explain but I'll do my best.

I have 4 Xbox One controllers but all have issues.

Controller 1: The X button doesn't work.

Controller 2: The left stick has drift and isn't responsive.

Controller 3: Has no grips on the thumb sticks

Controller 4: Perfect...at least until the other day.

So about a week ago I used up the last of my money to buy a new Xbox headset. It was a Turtle Beach Recon 70 headset, a headset I had before but it stopped working after about 2 years. For about a week the headset worked fine but yesterday it stopped working
on controller number 4. I can hear game volume and party chat out of it but I can't talk. It says I'm not speaking but I know the mic works and it says my mic is connected. I only had this problem on that controller so I switched back to controller 3 and everything
worked for the rest of the day but this morning I ended up with the same problem as the same problem controller 4 has. And I plugged a really old afterglow headset into it and it has the same problem. Its only on these controllers. I really need help with
this, I can't afford another controller or another headset, especially right now. I've also updated my controllers btw.
