    If your headset is on a fixed frequency it will stop the router's signal reaching your xbox. Go onto your router's settings and change your wifi frequency and/or channel.

    or the Xbox app? Can you please send us a screenshot of the headset settings? Have you attempted to use a different headset? Please make sure there is no personal information included in the screenshot. Be sure to let us know the results!

    No they are Considered old technology. The Xbox 360 wireless headset runs on a different band frequency and will never be compatible with the Xbone.

    With Turtlebeach headsets, the wireless channel won't fix it. It's the frequency. Both them and the Xbox run on 2.4Ghz. It causes interference issues them.
