I can hear both at the same time.I’m like 25 feet away from the Xbox. It could do something with how it can connect to Bluetooth and Xbox at the same time.

May we confirm what do you mean on "Also I am hearing the Xbox noises and the noises from my pc."? When both of you are playing, the Xbox Wireless Headset switches audio from your computer to audio that came from Xbox Console?

Or while you are in your game wearing your headset, you can still hear your brother's games sound?

How far (estimation) are you from the Xbox Console? Is the sound of Xbox Console output to a sound bar or headset?

Is this happening if you are using a different headset while gaming?

How about connecting your mobile phone with Xbox Wireless Headset, can you still hear your brother's game sound?

That is quite strange, was the sound setup of your brother too loud? Or was your headset being connected to your brother's Xbox Console while your device the headset was connected to got disconnected and playing the sound on its speaker instead. You may ask your brother about it and see if he can help you.

May we know if your brother is wearing a headset or is on sound setup or none (just the Xbox and TV set up)?

What is the make and model of the speaker or headset of your brother while gaming?

Also, are you playing at the same time too or just listening to music? Do you have any specific game or app that you use when the issue happens?

Have you already sent a report to team Xbox? You may use the Xbox Report a Problem app on Xbox - Provide feedback to Team Xbox | Xbox Support.
