Xbox headset audio cracking, and audio issues.

Hello Xbox community, for the past three months I've been experiencing audio crackling and audio issues. I have sought to solve this issue through multiple trials as an attempt to find out what is exactly the issue. My first headset was a turtle beach
700 which I had been experiencing an unpredictable barrage of audio crackling in both game, voice chat, and in the console menu. I have tried restarting my console through hard, soft, and normal resets, to no avail. I then invited my friend over to bring his
Xbox so we could experiment. When I connected my headset to his console after 10 mins of gameplay he began to experience the same issues as I had. The only variables of the situation that I had then determined to possibly be the issue were either 1.) the headset
or 2.) the internet connection, so I began to approach the internet as a potential cause, I then went into the MAC settings of my internet connection and reset my wired MAC address with no result. I have bought a new console, a new controller, a new headset
with no solution to my problem. I feel it must have something to do with the internet or my settings somewhere because my brother uses a wired headset on the same internet and doesn't experience any of these issues. I would REALLY REALLY like some help with
this, please.
