    Xbox headphones.


    I try to use headphones for my xbox but sound isn’t comming out. I tired switching my heaphones and aound still wont come out. It was working a 2 days ago. I been using the app to use party chat. But is there anyway to fix this?

    Xbox 360 controller turns off if I play Black Ops 2, shoot and have my headphones in.

    I just bought some new headphones, Turtle Beach XCI 360 headphones because I had the same problem with the normal xbox headphones and though my headphones were broken but I have the same problem. I know the headphones work, I tested the mic and whatever,
    but if I try and shoot my controller will straight away just turn off. Any suggestions?

    Xbox headphones.

    Maybe the port in your controller is faulty, also test the headphones on another device to make sure the issue isn't caused by the headphone.

    That's why there are headphones that have Xbox compatible written on the case. Compatible with PS etc.

    You always have to see if the headphones are compatible with Xbox.
    You certainly have incompatible headphones and sometimes it's a problem.

    When you buy headphones and are not directly under the XBOX brand. So you have to look at packing if the headphones are compatible with XBOX.

    You should be able to use the headphones on the Xbox One X as it doesn't require any adapter for headphones.
