    just snapped the headphone jack on my Microsoft headphones. Is it possible to get a replacement?

    Xbox audio bug

    I had this same problem. It turned out to be a bad headphone jack on the controller. After replacing the jack it works fine.

    I have just replaced the headphone jack.

    No joy.

    I DID however hear sound in headphones on power-up then once the Xbox green screen disappeared

    the headphone went dead and the muted microphone icon is still there

    Checked ALL permissions. good

    No audio from controller

    You have probably damaged the connection to the headphone jack. Your options are repair or replace.

    Or work-around using the xbox app on your phone to access parties
