    Xbox headphone jack broken


    My headphone jack on my standard xbox one s remote is broken. Ive tried multiple aux cords and multiple headsets. The remote doesnt seem to recognise that their is anyrhing plugged in conssidering when i pplug in headphones i dont get the sudio tab in
    settings. I have no idea what happened, it just started happening one day. If anyone has any info please contact me.

    if you have updated it and you still get no sound then look in the settings if that is still not working and you have warranty on the controller take it back for repair.
