When did it stop working on your TV? What error message do you see on the screen, is it like "No signal" which means that the connection from the console is not detected?

My suggestion here is for you to try a different HDMI cable and also reset your Xbox display setting. If possible, try it on a different TV.

yes, that is called the advance exchange. If you don't want to do that, there is another option. You basically send your console in for a repair, they fix it up and send it back to you. They even send you a shipping label to your email address, so you don't
have to pay for the shipping. All you have to do is get a box.

These are the two options. I see no need to get angry when they offer two different methods for a repair. One is free, and the other gets you a console fast and cost 15 dollars.
