xbox having trouble updating. Does anyone have any advice.

We would like to ask for few details:

1. Can we ask for the case number you had with our support team? Please send it via private message - click here.
   
2. What is the current OS version of your Xbox One?
   
3. Are you part of Xbox Insider?
   
4. Is this happening to new and old Xbox One disks? Were you able to test Efootball 2024 before the update?
   
5. Can you try this Efootball 2024 and your Xbox One disks to another Xbox One consoles?
   

For the meantime, you may try power cycle of Xbox Console as this was not mentioned on your description:

• Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  
• Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
  Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  
• Plug the console power cable back in.
  
• Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

For to me better understand your issue, I'll have to ask questions.

You mentioned about your primary email on your second account. Was that email an Outlook email address? Was it the email you were trying to transfer to your main Xbox account?

On the other hand, this new Outlook email address that was made, is it currently attached to your main account? You can check that by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com website then visit https://account.xbox.com/Profile to check if it shows your correct gamertag or main Xbox account.

Hi Rostom, I was trying to move my main email to my main account. It was just a gmail account. I have since posting this found out the email I have connected to the account and the password to the account but I am currently locked out of the account for putting the wrong information in to many times. I tried the recovery form but they refuse to unlock my account because I don't have enough information.

I am also having this issue. Does anyone have any advice for how to fix it?
