Xbox having problems loading anything. Will only play external media device. Need fixed ASAP.

I have the same problem and I really tried all the steps. Xbox App is broken since last update. There are many reviews on the Microsoft Store about the Xbox App which tell all the same. Games can't be downloaded, App is "freezing"/not loading anything after selecting one game, only can be closed over the task manager.

Microsoft needs to fix it asap.

Yes but it didn't help, I've solved it now, it was my external seagate hdd causing the problem, as soon as I unplugged that and restarted my xbox all the media apps started working again, it's strange because my fiancee has the exact same xbx and
external hdd but he's not had any problems, looks like I'll have to leave it unplugged when using media apps and plug it back in when I'm gaming 😕

I would be very surprised if that was the case as I’ve not got any external devices attached to my Xbox yet I have the same issue.

However, for the past 3 days my Xbox doesn’t seem to be having the issue anymore - I haven’t done anything. Maybe it’s only fixed temporarily, but only time will tell.

Anyway, my point is try plugging your HDD back in again and seeing if the issue still occurs?

I get kicked off line when trying to load a game. When im not playing a game I stay connected. But when loading a game it keeps saying signed out n I have to try signing back in to load my account like playing multi player. Wtf. These problems keep happening
with xbox and its getting really old. Need to fix these problems asap!
