Xbox having issues.

I'm online with 700 download and 40 upload and 0 packet loss but Hulu won't load my netflix list is gone and ESO keeps disconnecting or won't even connect saying I need a valid connection. This is all happening on the xbox one and it's getting annoying
I've hard reset multiple times and it's not my internet I'm using wired and xbox went down the other day and since then I've had these issues! Need a fix.

Power cycling/restarting didnt work as mentioned before

Power cycle the console, by holding the power button down for 5 seconds or until it turns off.

Restart the console and try it again to see if that fixes it.

Thanks for keeping us updated. It is possible when the console went down it was during an update or corrupted a file. We recommend to try a

soft factory reset, where you select keep my games and apps. You will need to re-download your profile to the console.

Try this and let us know.
