Xbox have possibly lost my new controller

Sent controller back via their label with serial number and order number. Including 2 invoices on box. I noe keep receiving cancellation for the return. How do i contact anyone? Chatted with a useless person on live chat who could not find any of my info. Phone numbers dont work. Triwd csll back but doesnt work either. I have tried for 4 days. Any suggestion.

Do i just buy new controller and say **** it. Sorry just about to lose my **** over this. Trying for 3 hours today and still no further forward. Menopausal 50yr old mum at her wits end

The tracking number says its been delivered. The 1st email said its been received 2nd email said theyd cancelled the order

Unfortunately unlike phones etc xbox controllers dont have a find my controller option. (Sorry couldnt resist)

Depending what you mean by lost if you mean lost as in broken then if its less than 90 days old go to support and request warranty repair, if its over 90 days or you mean that you have literally lost it then im afraid the only option is to purchase a new
one.

I lost my code due to auto deleting on my xbox one. would like a new code if possible. chatted with customer service who directed me here.

The new Xbox One controllers from my experience are the best made controllers i have ever used. Back on the Xbox 360 i use to go through a new controller every 3 months because of tiny faults like a squeeky trigger or thumbstick not centering perfectly.
I have had a Xbox One controller since launch and have not even had one fault, and that's from a guy who games around 10+ hours a day when possible...

Is it possible you mistreated your controllers? Hitting buttons too hard? throwing your controller? Dropping it? I do push the buttons on my controller very lightly but have dropped it a few times and it's fine.
