Xbox has trouble installing games and other issues

Now i only experience this problem by buying physical copys of games but this has been happening more and more, my xbox is older than dirt so i understand, but im starting to see stories of people buying fresh xbox consoles and them having problems, and
not just trouble with installing games, now if i ever bought an xbox one x fresh, and it had any issue at all in tye first week, unless it was my fault, i want a new Xbox or a full refund, and this has been happening more and more, i just wanna address the
issue, so hopefully that they learn about this and fix it. That's all

Hi John!

What exactly is your Xbox console model?
When was the last time you used the GTA V disc? Be sure that the disc is clean and has no scratches.

To isolate the issue, are you able to install other discs just fine?

Sorry to hear about the installation troubles and apologies for the delayed response. Are you still having issues installing games or has the issue cleared up for you? If you're still not able to install games, try cancelling the installation completely and
fully power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still not able to install after the power cycle please let us know
