Xbox has deducted money out of my card

On April 13 the money was deducted from my credit card, but the payment is still pending ... It is not a normal problem.

I would just use the Pre-Paid card to buy an Xbox Live Gift card and add a balance to my account so that way it deducts the money from my account without having to worry about the card.

It was a check to see if they are able to deduct money from the card.

How did you purchase it? Money on your account or credit card. If money on your account they may wait to give you the month of Gamepass when the money comes out. I've preordered the game as well but with money on my account. That money still hasn't been
deducted yet. They do that about 10 days before release.

The money will be deducted 10 days prior to the game release. Since the game will be released on September 9, 2022, they started to get the charge for the game.

You can use a split payment (Microsoft balance + credit card/PayPal) or use Microsoft balance. If you use the Microsoft balance the money will be deducted immediately.
