Xbox has become completely unusable. Tried every solution I could find.

I stopped using my Xbox series X for about a week and when I tried to sign in today it spent ages with the spinning circle. I then did a soft reset and managed to log in, except once I was on my homepage I couldn't play, install, uninstall games or even load the store properly. I would press the buttons but the action wouldn't follow.

I then tried changing my connection to wired, and my xbox couldn't detect that it was wired.

I then did a "Delete everything except games" reset and now I can't complete setting the xbox again as it gets stuck on another spinning circle.

HELP.

Thank you. Please perform an extended power cycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Tried powercycling the console several times, have now performed a factory reset and am unable to progress beyond "Next you'll sign in with a microsoft account"

When I press "Next" to take me to the page where I input my microsoft account email it gets stuck on a loading circle spinning forever.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform a powercycle on your console and then check again if there will be an improvement.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

yes i’ve tried every solution that i could find on youtube and google including the ones you’ve listed

That's exactly what happened to me as of last night. All was fine and then nobody could hear me but I could hear them. I don't know anyone else with this problem but I am noticing it is becoming a widespread problem since the release of the February update.
Plus as far as I am aware everyone I've seen who has been affected has tried every possible solution, up to having a new xbox and even that hasn't solved it.

I think that Xbox Live Engineers need to have a good look into this issue, fix it and bring out a quick update to get rid of the issue before it becomes a serious problem.
