Xbox hardware trouble. My games were deleted while I was offline.

I apologize if you're having trouble reaching out to Xbox Support, as I have checked there are no reported issues on their end. It can be an intermittent issue only.

Also, in regards to your console, to play a digital game offline, our account needs to be set as Home Xbox and according to Xbox Support:

"Note Customer support can’t offer additional switches."

Were you offline at any point while playing the game? I have previously had trouble with achievements and I was disconnected from the internet at the time, I am wondering if it is a similar issue here.

Are you playing your games while connected to Xbox Live/Network connection or offline?

Because if you're playing your games while offline, by resetting the console it will delete all local saved games.

I would recommend you delete your profile from your console and then download a new copy of your profile. This will not cause you to lose anything (unless you were offline when you played most recently, in which case you may lose whatever you did while
offline, including achievements and in some cases game progress). See instructions here:
