Xbox hard drive and Live account roulette

So, currently in my house, we have 3 Xbox Live accounts and 4 Xbox 360 systems.

We have one of the Xbox units that is the primary that I have downloaded and purchased a couple of games. It has a 250 GB drive in it. I'd like to swap that with one of our other machines that has a 320 GB drive and then put the 250 GB into that other
    unit.

Do the game purchases stay with the console or the hard drive that on what is my primary Xbox machine? I'm hoping if I swap the drives, I can just re-download the game for free onto the 320 GB drive that will be placed into that primary
    machine. Thanks!

    :)

If your talking about deleting the profile completely of the system of Xbox LIVE, I am pretty sure you can't do that. But by switching his mother's email to his own email is by going to your Dashboard on your Xbox 360 System and click where your/his avatar
and click " Manage account ". Then go to your information and click Windows Live ID. Then you should see the option for you to change his mothers email to his own.

Just bought this game new and xbox wont even load?

my copy was installed to the hard drive when it stopped working. It would get all the way to the main screen and then when I clicked continue the roulette wheel would spin forever. Now no games work

Downloaded content is tied to the account that purchased it and the console it was purchased on. You can redownload the games on the new hard drive without any issues.

    i think i'v been hacked?

Sounds like a Curruption issue. If you format your hard drive you will lose EVERYTHING including gamesaves, downloads, accounts( If the account is an xbox live one it can be recovered) and anything that is on the hard drive. IT will be like new. Try recovering
your gamertag and see if that helps. If not then you can try reformating your hard drive but like i said YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR XBOX. (Xbox live accounts can be recovered and downloads such as map packs, avatar items, backrounds and games can be
redownloaded for free with the account that bought the content) if this does not help then call xbox support
