Xbox Hacked and Microsoft not responding after over 3 weeks

Basically, as the title suggests, the account was hacked over 3 weeks ago now at which point I advised M$ and a case number was allocated to me.

I jumped all the hoops providing them with the necessary information to retrieve the account and since them, nothing.

What's worse, is they essentially kept advising that it would be approximately 72 hours and still I've heard nothing.

Perhaps the worst part of this is that I've called them circa every 72 hours and at least 4 times I've been on hold and then been disconnected.

I've had an xbox since day 1, 20 years ago, but this level of disregard for a customer is astonishing and frankly I'm at the end of my tether.

If they can't get it back, let me set up a new one and start again...but no, this isn't what's happening, there is just no response whatsoever and this is what I find so utterly disgusting.

Hi Hayabusa,

I have had a call the M$ this morning and we have recovered the account now. In the end, it was extremely straight forward, which begs the question why it took over 4 weeks to address and wasted upwards of 6 plus hours to this point.

I'm delighted the account has been restored but NEVER experienced such a shocking customer service debacle over this last month.

Thank you for all your help, I am convinced we'd have been moving to PLaystation any day if you'd not stepped in.

However, I did have a missed call earlier which might have been from Microsoft but they didnt leave a message.
