ich habe mir ein 10 euro Xbox gutschein code per eps zahlung bestellt mit der bestellnummer: [Mod Removed] hier dazu noch einen screenshot der bestellung:
[Mod Removed] problem ist das mir das geld bereits auf meinem sparkassen konto abgebucht wurde aber ich noch keine email mit dem gutscheincode und der zahlung/quittung bekommen habe. seit dem 24.10.18
habe ich keine benachrichtigung dazu bekommen und die bestellung ist auch nicht auf meinem microsoft konto unter bestellungen zu sehen. ich bitte um schnelle hilfe..
