    Xbox guide menu Lag (Xbox one X) [beta ring]


    Is it just me or is the guide become delayed and Laggy all of a sudden an example would be in Forza Horizon 4, I would open the guide, and somehow the game still thinks I'm playing it when it's paused , only then for the Xbox to actually notice the guide is open finally and making buttons actions responding to the correct area (it's about a 2 second delay for it to realise.)

    I would have turned smooth transitions off (to see if that fixes it) but I can't even find the setting!

    I've done hard resets the lot, I unenrolled and it was back to normal no issues... I don't know when this started but its been happening a while, I just thought it was just a hardware issue but it can't be.

    You have to be in the insider preview to download the avatar beta app. It works on the original Xbox One, the Xbox One S and Xbox One X. It is not rolled out by console model but by which Insider Preview ring you are in. It has now been rolled out to all
    rings.

    Insider Preview has Alpha Skip Ahead, Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omega rings. Alpha Skip Ahead and Alpha are invite only from the development team. You can use any Xbox One family of console in any of the rings.

    When does the xbox one x get the avatar editor update?

    Is her One S enrolled in the Insider Program? She may not be but if the console was pre owned by someone who is in the insider program and the avatar beta app is installed, she will have it.

    Xbox One original, Xbox One S and Xbox One X all can install the avatar beta app, it is not console specific. Check the Insider Hub App and enroll if it shows up for your ring.

    I am on my second Xbox One X because of this. My Xbox One works fine with all games. If I plug in the X every game I have is stuttering and lagging.

    Have you found any fixes for this yet?
    Same here, try this on the my game menu, move from one selection to the next. This simple action lags, then for sure in a game we are experiencing issues.
