Xbox guide lag while playing game

Yes, i noticed this too, and not only the on-screen keyboard. Opening the guide while you are in a game, and going to the dashboard and inmediately returning freezes the game like 3 seconds. The probability of lag grows the more times you open the guide
while playing.

Maybe it has to do with the console recently added features, social stuff, achievement tracking, or a mix of those thing not well integrated with operating games.

Also when i press the guide button it lags to show up while these games are runing (black ops 1 and 2)

i am using a hdtv and have not noticed any lag while playing my xbox 360 games

Thanks for that sometimes when I go into my settings i see that my NAT type is on Moderate but every time I got to Test NAT Type it always says its open. I check my Multiplayer connection and its says everything is good. So yeah its really annoying in the
first 35 minutes into a fifa game everything works fine but then during the game the lag kicks in and just lags the game.
