Xbox Guide issues, Unable to quit games..

No that does not resolve the issue. I always use guide, then details/quit to exit applications and games. If then back out of another app (like friends) the xbox will restart the game/app that I just closed quite often.

Just pressing the Xbox button to bring up the guide does not quit the game. You also have to go to the game, then press the menu button on the controller, then select quit game.

I often have this problem with BF4 as well, was wondering if there is a way to kill the frozen process without just rebooting the console. One of the selling points of the XBone is that you can exit the game to the console and do stuff - why can't I kill
an unresponsive game?

I would suggest holding the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds. This will clear the cache. Once it powers down, go ahead and power it back up, and give BF4 or the Fitness app another shot.

This has happen to me on occasion where it froze. I just ejected the game and popped it back in. That solved it most of the time. Every once in a while, I had to restart the Xbox completely. This is something that has happened to me before, but not often.
It hasn't happened in a little while.
