    Xbox Guide isn’t working


    My Xbox Guide doesn’t work at all no matter if I try to go to it manually from the home screen or if I try to use the Xbox Guide button. Both ways all it does is dim my screen and make it to where whatever I’m doing is basically paused. Does anyone know
    how to fix this or if it is fixable?

    Scorpio isn’t working!!!!

    So excited about my Xbox One X that I took the day off. Fired it up and it got stuck during the system update! Customer support had me reset it and now my tv won’t even recognize it. It’s just a black screen. Waiting for customer service to call me back,
    but this sucks.

    Exact same issue. Tried to go to settings but settings app doesn't want to open.

    Gotta love the reliability testing group.

    did you ever get a resolution on this? I have the same receiver. It worked perfectly with my Xbox One (original) but it isn’t working with my new One X. Exact same issue as you - receiver not listed and only one in the “guide me” test actually does anything.

    Microsoft, please help.
