Xbox GTA fraud - benefit and what to do?

So, this means that your card is being charged through fraud and you need to contact your bank and have them change your card and account information and let them know which charges are fraud. The difference between being mischarged and fraud is whether or not you have access or possession of the account in which the benefits of purchase are being aplied.

Since we cannot source an account via payment information, we highly recommend you file a claim or go through the process of reporting fraud to your bank. If you have access to the account receiving the benefit, then those steps would have worked.

Unfortunately, the GTA+ benefits for GTA Online can only be claimed on the Xbox Series S/X version of the game.
