Xbox: Got dropped onto cement, now it isn’t working 100%

I don’t know what to do. My Xbox One S (bought it in 2019, 1TB model, first xbox I’ve ever owned) was dropped onto cement it was in a bag with some protection. Ever since then it has loaded slower over time, then the internet would slow to. a crawl while I took other devices off the internet to help speed it up and it would still be slow, or I’d pop the disc in and it would say error sometimes. Sometimes I’ve had games crash on it and that sends me back to the home screen. Or at the start of some games for a split second I see a blue screen or a red screen depending upon the game then it loads normally. Then sometimes the audio comes out choppy through the TV like it did a few hours ago. I have a few games that are loading slowly or the frame rates get choppy, sometimes it freezes. Sometimes the fan does buzz a bit, I’ve vacuumed the console when it is unplugged and shut off aftrr a couple hours to make sure its cool enough to do that. I’ve also had other times where I turn my controller, I have it turn on the console as well, I’ve experienced that controller will turn on but not the console.

The console does power up, just acting slower and a bit glitchier like its not normal.

We’re trying to do a factory reset to see if that’ll fix the issue, I did check to see the price on what it would be for sending it in for repair, It was $20 USD cheaper than the original price I got it for.

I haven’t sat down to play a decent game for a few hours to see if it can handle it, I do mostly movies and tv watching on it though, I have no issues if it croaks during a movie, during a game, yeah I’m not going to be happy.
