    XBOX Gold suddenly gone on my console


    Yesterday the 5th of January 2018 we updated our XBOX gold service with an prepaid 24 months license. Today the 6th of January at 3 pm, we suddenly lost the XBOX live service, while playing Fifa 18. We cannot reinstall the code , as we get the message that
    the code has already been used. We would like to get our paid services back. So we are requesting support. Thanks in advance.

    My console is suddenly refusing to connect to Xbox Live, it was working a couple hours ago.

    I've gone through all the troubleshooting I could do on my end, so the issue is with the service.

    Anybody else experiencing this?

    Why are my gold bars reducing

    I've been playing jigsaw for some time and had accrued a very healthy stack of gold bars, suddenly my total has gone negative and every puzzle I play reduces it further. What is going on please?

    Please check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure the length of time of the membership you purchased. After that you will need to contact phone support for more assistance as this is a billing issue that only they can deal with.

    I´d like to add that also all my apps were gone. Like youtube, twitch, ect... I had to install them all again. Which isn´t normal so obviously something happened there.

    Error code 80153003 when Downloading Halo 4 Map Packs from Map Pass.

    They might be tied together. This definitely seems like an error with xbox live and not everyone's console suddenly gone mad. Lets just hope support can figure it out soon.
