xbox gold subscription already redeemed

i had bought a 3 month subcription with a 3 month free add on, a code which i redeemed straight away. but now 3months later, it says that my subscription has ended. how to solve this?

As you've mentioned, you're getting an error code 80190128. This may mean that the Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription that you’re trying to sign up for has already been redeemed. It is either your Xbox Live account already redeemed the free trial Gold
subscription or the console that you're using already reached the limit for trial accounts (3 per console).

Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

Best solution is to head back to your local retailer who sold you the code.
