Also hier ist das Problem ich hab heute gesehen das ich noch eine offene Rechnung für Xbox Gold in Höhe von 6,99€ habe und da hole ich mir heute eine 9,99€ Guthabenkarte und will das bezahlen weil das eigentlich immer nur über Guthabenkarte mache und jetzt
lässt mich Xbox nicht mit meinem Kontosaldo bezahlen obwohl das eine Option ist die ich schon oft genug genutzt habe.

Irgendwelche Ratschläge ich weiss echt nicht warum ich nicht bezahlen kann und ich hab keine Lust auf einer offenen Rechnung sitzen zu bleiben.

Unfortunately, prepaid cards or account balance cannot be used to pay an overdue bill. It will have to be paid using a valid payment method such as a credit card or PayPal. After the overdue balance is paid, your normal subscription can be then paid with
a prepaid card like in the past.

Hello Lucas! If I understand correctly you want to use a prepaid card on your account, correct? You might not be able to, I'm not familiar with every type of card. If the system isn't letting you, you could try contacting a support rep via chat, but more
likely is that this payment type is not allowed. Try another payment method, or you could try purchasing Live time from a store. I hope that helps!

Thank you for coming to the forums. Unfortunately you cannot pay a past due balance with your Microsoft account credit because the past due balance is tied to the previous payment method and will need to be paid with a debit/credit card. "Note
Adding a prepaid code will not settle the balance you owe. You need to settle the outstanding balance using the

steps above before redeeming your prepaid code." Follow the link from that quote to go through the process of paying a past due balance.
