Xbox Gold Quests for September 2018 rewards not received.

The agent responded and said that I should contact Xbox Support, who was the one that sent me to this forum, where you asked me to speak to Microsoft Rewards Support. I am getting nowhere.

visit https://www.helloworld.com/contact/ and submit the form with the details, i got a reply today with a code to redeem, this is the company that handle the prizes.

Would submitting a request to Microsoft Rewards do anything, as this is a problem with the Xbox Quests?

If you look through the link I posted "
Xbox Live Gold Quests Offer Program" it states:
If you successfully complete one (1) Live Gold Quest
and if your Xbox Live Account is active on 15 October 2018,
you will receive one (1) Offer. If you successfully complete all three (3) Live Gold Quests and if your Xbox Live Account is active on 15 October 2018,
you will receive two (2) Offers. Offer Approximate Retail Value:
$5 each (or approximately £3.77 or $6.56 CAD). Offer is available while supplies last.
Offers will be fulfilled directly to Xbox Live Accounts through the Message Center.
Sponsor will determine all details of each Offer awarded in its sole discretion.

It states "Offer is available while supplies last".
If any rewards where to be received and not given then, I recommend to fill out a

Microsoft Reward Request.

Once you submit a request a live agent will look into the information, and send out an email to you within 24-48 hours.
