    XBOX Gold - mistake with the account


    Dear all,

    I have a problem: I have bought XBOX live to my kids.

    The seller in the shop tried to help me open a new Microsoft account (through the computer and not the XBOX), and redeemed the XBOX live Gold into this account. However, he made a mistake and did not open the account as required.

    When we have tried to sign into the account through the XBOX we failed.

    We could not sign in because of the password, and any attempt to issue a new password to the account failed.

    I have opened a new Microsoft account and asking your help to remove the XBOX live Gold from the account that I can not sign in to to the new account.

    It is easy to see that the redeemed XBOX live Gold was not used.

    I will appreciate your help.

    Removing an Xbox Account from Windows 8

    Hello,

    I made the mistake of creating a new Xbox account on my Windows 8 computer. I am already currently paying for a gold account and heard that there were more features given to gold members. Is there any way to remove my current Xbox account on my Windows 8 computer
    and switch it with my other account?

    I do never had gold membership, but it has always worked for me & others I know.
    are you saying that you have never had Xbox Live Gold on your account?

    if that is the case then you were able to play online by mistake. it would seem that whatever the mistake was, it has now been corrected and Xbox Live Gold (or Game Pass Ultimate) is now required for you to play online.

    or it could be that you had your Xbox as the Home Xbox for an account that does have Xbox Live Gold and they have set a different Xbox as their Home, which would result in you losing the benefits of Gold.

    Trial codes only apply to the console you used

    not the web

    Iy says frree as free with gold but thats your mistake

    14day trials dont give yoi Gold

    Only for xbox one games with gold NOT for xbox 360 as it doesnt give you access to xbox 360 gold
