Xbox gold live subscription renewed but I can’t get online on Forza horizon

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Playing on xbox one console. I will try other games to make sure it is not Forza server. To be honest we only use the Xbox live Gold for Forza but we’ll see if we can get online with any other games

You can try to power cycle your console, possibly uninstall the game and reinstall. Sign in and out of your account. Honestly it could have just been a matter of time for everything to get aught up maybe, best of luck!

To clarify, what device are you playing on? Windows 10 PC or Xbox One console? This is important so that we know what troubleshooting steps to try.

Either way that error message that you provided sounds like an in-game error connecting to the game servers as that does not sound like a normal Xbox Live error message.

Do you have any other games you play using the Xbox Live service or just Forza games?
