    Xbox Gold geht nicht


    Habe mir 3M xbox live gekauft, auch in den Abonnements meines Kontos wird angezeigt, dass ich bis zum 19.3.2016 noch Gold Status habe, dennoch wird mir der Zugang zum Online Multiplayer bei dem Spiel Black Ops 3 verweigert, da ich angeblich keine goldmitgliedschaft
    besitze. Kann mir einer helfen was ich nun tun soll, ich meine das hat mich schon 20€ gekostet.

    ich mach den verbindungstest um zu sehen wo es bei meiner verbindung nicht geht, es geht alles auser spielersuche was kann es da habe ich bitte um hilfe danke schon mal im vorraus

    You are showing up as gold , my only suggestion would be to delete that profile and then re download it and see if that helps ...
