XBox Gold games not available for download

I purchased an xbox one (used to have xbox 360) and i am missing 2 games from my apps and games area. Both were free on Xbox Gold and i would like them again: metal gear solid V:ground zeros and walking dead. How can I get these again?

I was charged for free 'Peggle' game with Xbox Gold

DOUBTS "GAMES WITH GOLD"

1 - While you subscribe gold free games I downloaded remain available to play, or after 1 year, that is, when you renew your subscription, they are unavailable?

2 - Do you have a Xbox 360 game that is backward compatible, it is available free for gold, I can download it to my Xbox One console?

3 - Getting a free game for gold through the PC, select the game 3 appear relevant information (... The "exclusive price of free gold" b "R $ 119.00," c "Download to Xbox 360") in this case, I'm gold subscriber, and have an xbox one, by clicking on "Download
to Xbox 360" will not be charged at R $ 119.00? I'll get down on my xbox one, as the game is backwards compatible?

Note: the game I'm referencing is "Borderlands", available from today by Games With Gold.

Hey mate,

Thats easy enough

On your dashboard, hit the right trigger to go down to the bottom of the screen, then go into 'My Games and Apps'. In the Games section, scroll all the way over to the right hand side, and you should see a section called "Ready to Install". This is where
all of your removed games will be, waiting to be installed

Thanks for the reply! However, under "my games and apps", i don't see them under ready to install. that is the strange part. Any other suggestions?

Ah I see. So you're sharing gold at the moment? That would explain it. GWG can only be downloaded on an account with a paid Xbox live Gold subscription. So yes, you will have to buy gold on each account in order to get GWG.

Here is the Excerpt from the Terms of use for the Free Games for Gold members.

This may be as to why you cannot download it as you must be a Current Paid Gold member and not just a free 48 hour pass for gold member. If you were to go ahead and get a 3 Month or 12 Month Gold then you would be able to download it.

You can't have access to the Games with Gold with trial membership. 48-hour or 14-day trial codes will not put you in "Gold" status. You will have access to online play during those 14-days but you will not have the full benefits of a paying gold member,
one of which is the Games with Gold.
