XBOX GOLD GAME QUEST FEB NO MYSTERY REWARD

My husband {Gamertag:EricVonDrake} didnt receive his mystery reward for FEB even though he completed all of the following..

· EARN (2) GAMES FOR GOLD ACHIEVEMENTS-[I DID THIS IN CRAZY TAXI]

· PLAY 3 GAMES FOR 30 MIN EACH-[IVE PLAYED 3 GAMES FOR 5HRS EACH GETTING ME THE VIP GEMS FOR FREE GAMES]

· LOG ONTO XBOX LIVE FOR 10 DIFFERENT DAYS-[I LOG ON EVERY DAY FOR A TOTAL OF 28 DAYS THAT MONTH

PS-[Im having to post a fourm from my account on his behalf because everytime time he tries on his account from any browser and even clearing his cache and cookies it tells him it fails to submit every single time so if you could fix that for him we would
both really appreciate it. Thank You]

Xbox Live Gold Quest: Summer Edition Problem

Hey,

What is happening ? It's been over a month and haven't received my mystery Rewards from 3 Xbox Live Gold Quests: Summer Edition which i have completed 100%. I got my rewards from the first two quests but haven't received my rewards from the lasts 3. I haven't
received my rewards from the following quests:

• July 17 – July 30

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Earn 6 achievements in any two July Games with Gold from July 17-23

Quest 2: Play 60 minutes of multiplayer every day from July 24-30

• July 31 – August 13

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Play 3 hours of multiplayer, 3 days in a row by July 9

Quest 2: Join a new club from July 10-16

• August 14 – August 27

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Play 30 minutes of multiplayer every day by August 20.

Quest 2: Get seven new achievements from August 21-27.

As you can see in my photos i have completed everything and still didn't received my mystery rewards! Please solve my problem!

Xbox Quests announced for Xbox Live Gold members

The last two months, Game Pass customers have been given Game Pass Goals. Allowing them goals to earn achievements in Game Pass games in exchange for mystery prizes. Today, Microsoft announces a similar program called Xbox Quest for all Xbox Live Gold members.

FYI, February rewards wouldn't come out until at least 10 business days after the month. The rewards people have been talking about were for January.

As Darthchewee has mentioned, February Quest Rewards are sent in waves throughout the month and will take up to 30 days to receive the mystery prize. Please be sure to post back on April 1st if you do not receive a reward. Thanks!

I read the Xbox Gold Quests requirements and I meet them all. I am solely talking about the Gold Quests, not Game Pass Quests. It only says supplies are limited for Game Pass Quests, so I am wondering why I have not been given my mystery prizes.

Thanks for clarifying! The quest rewards will work differently for March and April compared to previous quests. Instead of the mystery reward being given out, extra entries for the Gold Xbox One X are being given out instead.

If you are an active Xbox Live Gold member through the end of the Month and have completed each of the goals, you should be eligible for the extra entries. We will give the proper team a heads up about the error you're seeing on that page, but that error
may just be a visual issue. As long as the Quest requirements are fulfilled, you will be good to go for those extra entries.
