Xbox Gold didn't go through

I bought a 3 month pass to xbox gold, and when i put the code in my account, my xbox glitched and it took me to the home page, after, i tried entering the code again and it said it has already been used. The problem here is that i don't have the 3 months
in my account, so i cant play online, i feel like i've been robed.

support. Keep in mind if they were purchased before the offers began, they may not be eligible.

Unfortunately, you have to purchase an Xbox One X and/or Far Cry 5 DURING the promotion period in order to receive the rewards points.

I read your first post wrong and apparently my edit didn't go through. Are you on a full gold subscription or a trial?

If the purchase is not showing your in you transactions/subscriptions and you didn't get an email confirmation, then the purchase didn't go through. Having gold already wouldn't matter since that would be upgraded to Ultimate.
