xbox gold aint doin so good

Games With Gold on your account? Do you have an
active Xbox Live Gold subscription at the moment? If you are using an Xbox One, we suggest

I am on adult default. trying the xbox website when i click on the purchase game button it just sends me back to the xbox website home page. useing the app trys to connect to my xbox but it fails to connect.

havnt been able to download the past 4 360 games for march or april and i cant download the new one fro may and yes a have active gold. also the power cycling did not work :/

If possible please check your connection type as it may cause a lag from your console. Personally I always suggest hard wiring your system to your router as wireless connections may become unstable for active game play or everyday use on the xbox console.
Please let me know of the outcome.

I would suggest contacting an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue and possibly make the purchase for you. It's definitely
worth a shot.
