    XBOX Gold activation problem


    I used the code that came with my XBOX One to activate my Gold membership. I did the full setup process, and got a confirmation email. For some reason, my XBOX won't recognize my activation. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hello, I bought an activation code xbox live gold. Through the browser on the computer of the activation code has passed without any problems. But xbox360 status has not changed. What could be the problem ?

    Since that is not a rewards program issue, this is the wrong forum. You may want to check your subscription at Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it went through.

    Trial cards do not stack. You would have overwritten the 14 day trial by adding the 2 day trial.
