xbox go live issue

Have you tried going to support.xbox.com? They post if there are any issues with Xbox Live. It could be a Live issue

The suspension stands to the exact time of day that your account was suspended. Xbox phone support does NOT have any tools to fix your WLID. That work requires using your password, and phone support does not deal with any customer passwords. Also, WLID's
are not specific to xbox. There are other MS services that use wlid's. So phone support does not cross over to Windows services and therefore there is very limited support for WLID issues at the xbox line. The main thing with wlid's is setting them up correctly
which means providing alternate emails, cell phone access, and trusted computer access so when the time comes for changes it is an easy process, but alas too many people are not diligent about this, lose the information and then try to hold support hostage
for something they should have taken better care of. Not saying that's you, but there are plenty doing that. Support for WLID issues is online only, at windowslivehelp.com or login.live.com. This is not a bad thing, all the support you need is there. It
just takes a bit more work than calling up someone and having them do it for you, if it were available.

it's jus becoming too much of a headache to do such a simple thing and I'm jus tired of it, I'm jus going to go bak 2 oplaying xbox nd if I get this issue again I'll sell my xbox and buy a ps3, *** microsoft but thanks anyways

Hey there Tw0. The fact that your account is suspended is not really the point here. If your WLID is no longer active, there is nothing you can do to update it. You can try contact live.com to see if they can help you with retrieving your WLID, or you can
create a new account instead. I'm sorry for the confusion.
