Xbox glitching around

when i am playing games such as fifa 19 my xbox keeps doing stuff itself not stop and moving around. Randomly without touching the controller

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

your Xbox One Controller

You might need to resync your controller or change the batteries. Here is how to resync your controller.

Nah they are there during the night as well. When one of them didn't showed up for me I just walked around or climbed up a building as well as moving the camera so the place where they are supposed to be didn't showed in the screen
