    My 360 is has xbox glass feature turned on. I've installed the app on my tablet. When I open the app it just signs me into xbox live on the web. I don't get the remote control like I see in the help sections.

    I cannot be download X1 SmartGlass at 8.1 Surface RT

    So at my Windows Surface RT Tablet, i cannot download XboxOne Smart Glass.

    The Windows Search Engine cannot found Xbox One Smart Glass, the Serchengine find always only Xbox 360 Smart Glasses. So if i startet Xbox 360 Smart Glasses at my 8.1 RT Tablet, there is a tiles named Xbox One Smart Glasses.

    I use a Finger Tip at this Tiles but there is no reaction. For usually the tiles have to open a new Layer for description and the function to be download the X1 Smart Glasses App but there is no reaction.

    Why can't I get smart glass on my phone or tablet?

    Unfortunately Smart Glass was discontinued many years ago, I don't think they rolled Smart Glass functionality into the current Xbox App either. It's a real shame too, because Smart Glass had some great ideas, it just never caught on.

    Mine is funny with recognizing me too. I wear glasses and contacts and it only recognizes me with glasses off unless I recalibrate it to recognize me with glasses on then it won't recognize me with my glasses off. When you first calibrated it to recognize
    you did you do it with glasses on, a hat on, did you forget to shave? Do the "xbox didn't recognize me" in your ideal gaming set up, I.e. Lights off/on, glasses off/on, hat on/off, with/without your mustache. Try that, I hope maybe that might be your issue
    cuz that was my problem.

    The type of glasses has noting to do with the console being used. There aren't any glasses specific to the PS3. The glasses need to support the display device i.e. active shutter glasses for an active display device and passive glasses for a passive display.
