Xbox Gift code already redeemed when entered, requesting info.

I have recently obtained a 25 USD Gift Card from an online supplier but when trying to redeem the code on a US account (never previously had any issues with previous redemptions) the code is shown with an error message that "this code is already redeemed.
" Upon flagging this with the supplier they have instructed me to contact Xbox support to request information about the date, time and timezone of the redeem to prove I had not redeemed it myself. Is it possible to get this information. The code is ccjwx-cp6p4-q6kth-2yf4x-2k9gz.
Any information would be greatly appreciated if possible.

I got my Xbox rewards $5 gift card stolen. Could I get another and could you find out who stole it?

I got an email getting my xbox rewards $5 gift card but when I entered the code, it was already redeemed.

PrePaid Gift Card Redeemed but no value given

I entered a prepaid gift card tonight on my xbox one and it took the code and then said error on our side, try again.

I tried again and it said it had already been redeemed, but I was not given credit for the $25 gift card code entered.

What do I need to do to get my credit in my account.

You should not post codes on the forums. These are public so anyone can take them.

Hi I just added $15 gift card to Xbox live and I’m trying to buy game pass but I entered the number on the gift card for game pass to redeem but it says it’s already redeemed

I also purchased a $50 Xbox gift card and when I tried to redeem the code it says it was already redeemed. I've tried the troubleshooting method and contacting the store I purchased it from via email and I have yet to get a solution. I'm "glad" someone else is having this issue.

Start by going to epic games, clicking on the account icon and selecting “redeem code” and enter the code on the V Bucks Gift Card. You will have to sign into your Microsoft account from here when you select to redeem on Xbox.

This will then send you an email with the Gift Card translated into a Microsoft code.

Go on to your Xbox and navigate to “Redeem”. Enter the translated 25 digit code from your email.

Voila.
